At Precision Basement & Damp Proofing we really are different.

We started Precision Basements And Damp Proofing because we were fed up working for the “old school” damp and timber specialists of yesteryear, the ones that never return phone calls, never turn up to appointments, constantly late, poor communication you get the picture. It seemed to us to be a dying trade with very few quality company’s around. There was always an air of mystery when “surveyors” where coming into your home. When you asked them exactly what was going to be done there were endless evasive questions (bit like a politician really) and you never really knew where you stood.

Here at Precision Basements And Damp Proofing we pride ourselves on our transparency. We will happily explain any questions you have on products, methods, etc. We take pride in our work and we take pride in our communication with you the customer.

A high percentage of our domestic Basement and specialist damp work comes from referrals. We are proud of this fact and we have real testimonials throughout the pages on our website all for you to see (once again showing our transparency).
