The electrician was here on time, very polite and knew about the unit I had fitted. They cleaned up excellently and left no mess at all. I then had someone call from precision basements and damp proofing to check I was satisfied and that the work had been competed correctly which I thought was excellent service.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I have dealt with Precision on 3 jobs and for each they are prompt, courteous, professional and efficient.

Very happy with this company, I had a serious case of dry rot and a unsafe floor in a rental property of mine, Lee, Ben and there team jumped into action to make the area safe and then did replacement and treatment of the areas. Can’t thank them enough.

Precision sent out a surveyor who explained exactly what needed to be done and quoted for the work quickly. The work was carried out over 2 days and I couldn't be happier now my home is mould free.

Lee and the team are top guys have worked on 2 of my real properties and always done a great jobs and the cost was far less than the other 2 quotes i had keep up the good work guys.

Very happy! I now have the space I so desperately needed for my growing family. My daughter no longer has to fight over the bathroom to get ready for school she has own living space thanks to Precision Plastering and Damp Proofing.

Impressed! Precision have eradicated the condensation issues from my property in less then 5 days, very good service.

Highly satisfied. Fitted in 2-3 hours, no mess left. Condensation problem had gone by the next morning. Waited while after Xmas to review to see if it coped over Xmas with the extra cooking and influx of guests. Couldn't be more satisfied. Whilst cooking Xmas dinner got some condensation so opened windows a bit but otherwise had no condensation at all. Used to get puddles on window sills before even whilst using a dehumidifier. Dehumidifier never switched on since Piv fitted.

I was overall very curious about what the conversion entitled. When I called Precision I was educated more about my problem. I was well looked after and I was provided with the correct information needed. I got my appointment there and then with the surveyor. The surveyor arrived within the time slot he gave me and he was very polite and honest when writing my survey. He made sure that I was aware of every little thing and always kept into contact with me on the stages of each process. Overall I couldn't be any happier with the work and I have no problems.
