Just had some work done by this firm, and was very impressed with their professionalism, approachability, politeness and cleanliness. They were happy to answer all the questions I had before I committed to using them and they were clearly very knowledgable about this kind of work. Everyone who came to the house was very polite, and there was no mess at all left after the work. I would not hesitate to use this firm again or recommend them to any friends who needed work doing.

We asked Precision to carry out an evaluation of the wooden floors in the house we were due to buy as our survey recommended this due to a possible infestation. We were given a competitive quote and told that this amount could be taken off any work carried out. Precision were helpful and flexible when arranging to carry out the evaluation, as this wasn't our house so needed sorting with the owner and estate agent. The man who carried out the evaluation identified that there no problems with the floors - only evidence of some previously treated and removed wood worm. I was fully prepared to pay for the evaluation but he wavered any payment, despite the time taken. Amazing and very honest service - I would definitely use them in the future.

I used precision for some damp proofing in my home. I had a few damp proofing companies come out and look but I found precision to be the most professional and friendly, they carried out the work and I couldn’t be happier, they where clean and tidy and their work was immaculate. I had a great experience with this company. They turned up when they said they would, both to quote and to do the work, and the work has been done to a high standard with our kitchen left very clean and tidy. The price was very good compared to others I received too.
